Cinecorp started in 1998 with a 12 minutes black and white short film shot on 16mm that has already gained a place as a classic of Peruvian cinema and which was very well received in the international film festival circuit: The Mattress, directed by Daniel Ró.
Since then, Cinecorp has produced tree other short films: The Winner, Moor and The gold tooth by Daniel Ró, and has acquired two shorts for international distribution: 303 , by Eduardo Mendoza , and Enlightenment, from Thai director Tanon Sattarujawong .
You could say that Cinecorp has gained his good name thanks to the worldwide success of its short films.
As of this year, Cinecorp has ventured into feature films with The Watercolorist, by Daniel Ró, which will premiere by the end of the year. |
